CANCELLATION POLICY

If a reservation is cancelled 30 days or more in advance of the reservation date, the pre-payment will be refunded. If a reservation is cancelled between 30 and 7 days of the reservation date, 50% of the pre-payment will be refunded. If a reservation is cancelled within 7 days of the reservation date the full pre-payment is forfeited. However, you may still re-book for a new date within 30 days of your original booking date at any stage without penalty, or you are welcome to send another in your place to play on your original booking date.
