LOCH NA mBREAC (The Lake of the Fish) – Bearna Golf Club

‘Breac’ is the Irish word for trout or any fish caught on a hook. The little lake immediately in front of the medal tee was recorded as ‘Lough Nabrack’ by those undertaking the First Ordnance Survey of Ireland. Corboley was surveyed in 1838.
